If you are interested in renting the ThirdSpace Action Lab Cafe for your event please complete the following form to the best of your ability and our Community Manager will respond to your inquiry.
Hourly rental: $125/hour
Full-day for non-profit and community organizations (anything longer than 6 hours): $750
For Institutional/Corporate: $200/hr - $1500/Full day
Note: Both Hourly and Full-day rates include up to 1 hour of set-up time + up to 1 hour of tear-down time, which TSAL Cafe will not charge Renter for.
Speaker/AV/OWL rental fee: $100
Damages: $500 If the space is not returned to the condition in which it was found, renter may be subject to a $250 damage fee after the event.
