Awareness Building
What causes racial bias in today’s society? TSAL facilitates racial equity learning and similar programming from the Racial Equity Institute to get to the core of why we react to race the way we do and how that drives systemic thinking. We dispel and rebuild in this series of workshops to unpack learnings, and drive a set of recommendations to apply learnings.
Communities of Practice/Learning Communities
Group-think and collaboration with stakeholders who hold perspectives is a driving force for imaginative, equitable and sustainable solutions. Understanding how we work together to co-design these solutions with support from proven methodologies can further define and discipline a team towards a common objective. Facilitation
What do people really think about a certain subject, whether it be race, equity, or inclusion related? TSAL opens the door for conversations that engage various communities that net solutions accounting for consensus factoring equitable practices. Our approach leaves space for participants to be open-minded, to share their perspectives and to leave with renewed purpose.
