This community forum is an opportunity to consider and share ways each of us can be intentional about issues of equity within our personal and professional lives.
Facing History creates the space to have challenging and brave conversations about race, equity and justice in order to create a more humane and inclusive community and society.
Attendees will learn how Facing History and Ourselves supports school leaders, educators, and school districts in their efforts to engage in more equitable and just pedagogical practices and policies.
We will be joined by a panel of scholars, educators, and community members who are committed to this work, and together we will listen and strategize about what we can do within our own realm to impact change.
